PA gaming commission has responded

They want to schedule an interview with me to investigate further and look over my log and why I believe they're stacking the cards or machine clumping cards. I obviously wont be going to the meeting as I dont want to reveal my face as I dont trust any of them in this business.

Hey flash, so much for them throwing my complaint into the garbage. Before you go and spew your idiotic statements, next time listen to the real king here. You think you know it all but you're a joke. You're nothing but all talk with you and your little girl buddy T3. I think you need some more super non linear counts to calm you down. Maybe you and t3 can reach EV in 10 minutes and leave.

What did you think would happen? They always want a face to face. After that it may all be followed up by phone interviews. If you don't want them to see your face wear a bag over your head or a tinfoil hat.

10 minute EV is easy to hit because it is so small. Sometimes I hit my tolerance goal in one shoe there. Actually usually when that happens I am way over it because I crushed the first shoe and it was a great count. It happens often at Harrah's. You get that monster count and start winning and the count seems to lasts forever. Of course that is a double edged sword when the great count goes badly you lose too much. There are no guarantees except that if you play long enough you will see everything. You just need the stomach to play through it.

Flash has earned more money at BJ than you probably will at everything you do in life. Calling me a little girl buddy is definitely pushing the limits of the posting guidelines or exceeding them. Why don't you try acting like an AP. Maybe you will start winning there.

When you're born on the 1% side of the bell curve in everything, it isnt hard to beat me. I have to work 5 times as hard as everyone else just to even the playing field because im just born cursed. Constantly put more work than someone else and always fall short. It's not just blackjack, but the amount of BS ive seen in my life has been ridiculous. Blackjack has been no different being 25k+ under EV playing absolutely perfectly. Just makes me laugh now, because i dont know what else to do. Yea someone needs to be in that 1% and you found him. I plan on getting hit by lightning eventually as well or maybe lightning hitting a tree just when my brand new car passes by. Wouldn't be surprised if lightning hit me twice as well consecutively, lightning never strikes twice? Sure it does.

The amount of garbage ive seen in the past 200 hours playing, has to be variance at its worst. Either that or im getting cheated and i wouldnt doubt the latter. You mention maybe it's my skillset? Yea it's really my skillset, when im winning everywhere else, which shouldnt happen normally anyway. I guess what im going through is im having extremes at multiple stores. One store where I cant lose and one store where I cant win. But i dont know, this whole journey so far has been compeltely bizarre and im always one that leans on the skeptical side. I just wish my results were more balanced between stores, i wish i didnt crush one store and then also get crushed at another, it would be better if everything was balanced so I wouldnt have to accuse casinos of cheating.

By the way had a nice argument today with the dealer and pit boss telling them why they dont fan their cards face up and asked why not, what did they have to lose and if they were hiding something. I said gaming commission doesnt mean anything, at the end of the day higher management could be stacking the deck, none of you know anything besides them. I told them the pit bosses dont see the cards, the dealers dont see the cards, no one sees the cards, and there's so much the commission can do. The pit boss told me if i actually thought the casino would risk losing their license to cheat someone betting a couple hundred a hand, and i said "who's checking"? How are they gonna get caught? The commission can only do so much. Long story short we had a nice argument and the best response he could give me as to why they dont fan the cards face up was that it's not their policy LOOL.

Enough said, once again im right. They cant give me a legitimate reason. I told them what do they have to lose by fanning the cards face up and he couldnt tell me why. Keep cheating casinos, your time will come to an end soon.

You don't realize the people doing it can go to jail and they have absolutely nothing to gain. If it is true the casino gets the money gained from cheating while the suits and dealers who perpetrated the crime suffer the consequences. I sure wouldn't do that for corporate hotshots that get a 10 million dollar bonus while not giving their low level employees a raise. You apparently think they would risk everything to get nothing while believing corporate treats them like ... It doesn't add up does it. Conspiracies are always found out because people talk and employees become disgruntled. Then they spill the beans.

You still dont tell me how these 'people' and 'low level' employees would ever find out anyone is cheating. This is what i was telling the pit boss, he doesnt know , the dealers dont know, no one ever sees the actual cards, but it's always about, 'well you think they would risk this', 'you think they would risk that', but no one can ever tell me how they would get caught in the first place. The commission can only do so much and cant see what goes on behind closed doors. But everyone is always quick to say well they wouldnt risk it, it's not a risk if theres 0% chance of getting caught. Only higher management would know about it.

Nothing to gain? That's funny, a higher edge is nothing to sneeze at, especially how fast the game of blackjack is. Could be a cash cow.

Go tell Enron and the rest of the world that there's nothing to gain. Greedy scum are always looking for more. And from what I've seen at harrahs, this is more than just variance.

This is an AP forum and you should not inject MANY of your personal problems into the posts. Norm, I know LW posts do not necessarily meet the ban criteria, I would monitor this closely.

He's just a troll. He says he's born on the far left of the curve and uses that as evidence (or something) for getting cheated. Is he insinuating only HE gets cheated at this casino, due to him being so unlucky? Or is he saying he's born unlucky which is why he's losing....but he's also getting cheated?

Maybe he's BJGenious's twin brother (or one of his split-personalities). Or maybe he works for a competing casino and doesn't want anyone to go to the one he's saying cheats, so they'll go to his casino. Or maybe he does work at that casino (in surveillance or something) and wants all us APs to go there so he can catch us!

Maybe by doing that you will get casino to fan the cards face up before they shuffle. The game is going to ask why do you think the casinos are cheating you. He going to respond because they don't fan the cards face up and I think they stack the deck. I ask they declined to fan the cards face up. See what that will happen.

In Blackjack card does tends to clump together in a non-random ordering but it is impossible to foretell wins and loses based on those non-random ordering. It is true that the non-random ordering exist in any shuffle deck using ASM or hand shuffling. Those biases will affect then player's advantage as the cards are dealt out. This is the reason why card counting works. If the deck has equal amount of high cards and low cards every time than the game won't be beat with card counting. The biases I am talking about is sometime the deck has more imbalanced of low cards and sometimes it has more imbalanced of high cards. But you can't predict that those biases will continue.
