Apollos's strange self dealing? A casino, it's investors/owners involved in self-dealing? Who would have "thunk"?

Casino ethics? Now that's an oxymoron. They have no ethics...only procedures. They will follow the rules of their games, but in every other way they will try to screw you every chance they get.

Regarding the major chains in particular
With no concern to the personal havoc they create upon unfortunates - They produce nothing - they create nothing - they are vultures waiting for rheir prey - they are parasitic by design.

Yet, from an ethics standpoint, how different are they from the self serving interests of other mega type companies?

They take the Big Brother approach much farther than anyone else that I know of, discounting the Real Big Brother, Gov., which probably also outdoes them in the lack of ethics.

All of us have noticed these over time. But when the regular folk start noticing, it would seem it would start to hurt their bottom line, right? Or would things change eventually? How greedy can they be and what will soon differentiate going to Vegas from somewhere else?

Apparently, the TWO entities, which together ARE the chain of casinos that we term "The Evil Empire"
are suing each other. Not in a hostile fashion. Not at all. This is a matter of creative "bookkeeping"
In order to pull off this corporate financial legerdemain, the court has to declare this to be permissible.

Flash is right above based upon Post's reporting. Though not typically a business "rag", they sure ARE staying on top of the bankruptcy.

More "ethical" (said TONGUE FIRMLY IN CHEEK) from the bondholder "creditors"..........Looks like they want the other creditors to take it on the chin more.........per Judge's comments.
