    Casino Verite

I purchased the Qfit software Casino Verite, and I have a question regarding the risk of ruin calculation:

I'm not understanding the percentage that is calculated. I enter my starting bankroll and the target bankroll I want to reach, and it gives me...the percentage of ruin before I reach my target?

Also, does it calculate the win rate and the standard deviation?

I may want to direct these questions directly to Norm Wattenberg.

    Thank you,

You need to know the EV and std. dev. first before using the calculator. You can get these from simulation or estimates from books like Blackjack Attack or some online tables.
