    Where to play online?

New to this site, just trying to see if a few members could help me out with some responses of good places to try out that are legit for online blackjack. Trying to avoid the bad ones at all cost and see what kind of luck I can get with some ones that people use on here on a regular basis. Not a professional or big-time player, more so looking to have a little fun and learn more about the game. Thanks in advance for any help it is much appreciated.

I would not play against the house anywhere online. The software sites shuffle after every round and the live sites are just to slow and will identify you as a card counter, if that's what you are doing.

I had success in the past playing tournaments online, but those sites are gone now.

Being a retired software engineer, I would NEVER risk any money against someone else's program. There was a recent thread about shuffle machines and ordering the cards. That is physical stuff. If there is a worry about that, what about the electronic stuff? Just look at what Norm has done with CV! His dealer beats the pants off me constantly!

Norm trains his dealers for months and only the best get to deal on CV.

No one wants to believe that.

The way that the dealer constantly hits 21 in concert with my stiff hands I certainly believe that!!

It's when the dealer hits 21 every time I have 20 that gets me suspicious. If I have a stiff there is no difference between 17, 18, 19, 20 or 21 for the dealer. There are 2 possibilities when I have a stiff, the dealer either busts or makes a hand.

Heh -- my own software seemingly pulls winning hands out the air when I play against it and I know it's not cheating!. It's easy to see why people get suspicious sometimes
