Never play in Oklahoma. You have to pay an ante on each hand, max $1

    Maybe if you play $1000/hand...

Not every casino in OK. Some have ante free days and some even waive the ante entirely when you use a players card. So its pretty much impossible to play unrated in OK....

It's been a few months since I scouted there but the games are 6d s17 hand shuffled I think, but they collect an ante on each hand.

    So ... they have 5 or 20 or 40 BJ tables ?

    The pen is 67%, 75%, 86% ?

Low stakes ? High Stakes ?

I presume that on slow days they forego the "ante" or

they only charge the "ante" for those sans player's card.

I play poker there quite a bit. Very soft games with lots of action. I also get very generous freeplay mailers in off-peak months, which is nice because they have a decent VP game.

As far as I know, the blackjack is completely unplayable due to the ante. I can't say that I have looked into it too deeply, but I feel like I would have heard something by now if there were ante-free days or times. Some casinos in OK apparently do this, but Winstar is huge and gets tons of gamblers from Dallas, so I don't think they NEED to offer ante-free times.

If I'm not mistaken, the ante has something to do with Oklahoma laws/regulations. I know they have some weird rules in OK. Craps can't be played with dice, so they have (no joke) a card-dealt version of craps.

I've played there several times. The ante-free days vary but last month it was Monday through Thursday morning; ante started Thursday night through the weekend. I'm not sure about Sundays. The only downfall is the tables are managed to fill, so conditions get crowded and unplayable. Mid-shoe is also allowed.

I would have to check my notes but I think they just added Blackjack War as well.

Fiestastation, many casinos in Oklahoma offer ante-free days or times. The challenge is they change frequently.

To be clear all casinos in Oklahoma change an ante, but some casinos pay it for the player. They have a second drop area on the dealers left side similar to the tip drop on the right side. The dealer is responsible for collecting the ante and dropping it each hand.

Flash, don't waste your time at the "big tent" unless you have something else up your sleeve (which wouldn't surprise me).
My last visit, AKA scouting trip revealed all (memory fuzzy now 2 years prior) ASM or worse CSM with ante all the time. No ante-free promos this close to texas.
Heading to N. LA for my usual trek for July 4th, fireworks and profits to be made... unrated now, 'cept for one joint....
wish me good cards...been to long!

RCJH is right about some places, but not trying to be a "butt" but think they may be mixing up another casino with Winstar has NEVER been Ante-free. The Chickasaws, which are the tribe that runs this casino, along with others in there "native part" of the State do NOT waive antes. However, there are other places and casinos with good rules that DO waive antes various days or each day of the week. The best thing to do is just pick up the phone and call THE PITT...........don't ask the operator.........they are clueless and ask. They will tell you which promotions are going on and which days are ante free IF ANY.

As Metro said, this casino is the "worlds' largest floor" though it's definitely an inflateable roofed building. They have lots of CSM's; not all. And because of their proximity to North Texas (DFW area); they do NOT have the best rules pulling in the Texans.

bec, if I may so so, you're being WAY too obvious as to who you are. I observed your comments on the other thread that you started recently. When you put the unique details of those comments together with this most recent one, the casino would easily know who you are if they wanted to. I would at the least ask Norm to delete your previous thread if anonymity is important to you.
Just a thought. Those previous details are far more unique than I have ever seen anyone here post. I could tell from that other thread that you are new to this, so I would hate to see you burn yourself before you've even started.

This is essentially true, but as he still plays rather low
stakes, nobody will spend the time and effort to I.D. him.
