Norm is (literally) 100% correct on this issue.
This is NOT debatable. Not in the least !
The kids these days call it "freemium"

Sorry, I had to go put my other hat on for a bit. Let me tell you.... I am terrible at running two businesses at once. Hopefully, I get better. At any rate, right now the rules at the casino are that all wagers must be the same value. So, ante, over/under declaration and bonus have to be all the same.
I disagree. I think it is debatable given the fact we have been debating it for two days now. Furthermore, you would think with a name that contains Zen within it you would think that you would provide some evidence or reasoning to support your position that Norm is correct and it is not debatable. Why is that your opinion? It is pretty clear that it was free for Rollingstoned. How is that possible unless it was in fact free? Did Rollingstoned steal it? It doesn't sound like he did.
Also, when I say "try it for free" in my ads that is not in the least bit misleading or false. As you can see from Rollingstoned, you can absolutely download it free of charge and play it everyday for as long as it is in the appstore without spending one penny. Now, if you choose you can buy in app purchases but that is up to you. It's like if I give you free tickets to a movie or a game. You can go and watch the game or movie free of charge or you can go free of charge and perhaps you hung out with RollingStoned prior to said game and b/c of that you felt like you had the munchies. In that case, you might choose to purchase some food but if you do that is up to you, just like the in app purchases in my game.
This free (actually free) ad has outlived its usefulness. Or, maybe I should say it's free, but it will disappear periodically unless a periodic payment is made that could end up to total thousands of dollars.
