I've been lucky enough to have never been back-roomed, evicted from my hotel (typically because I almost never play where I stay), arrested or assaulted. But I've fallen victim to everything else. The last time I was evicted from a P*N*K property, I was told I could face criminal charges for tresspassing. Even though I was not read a statute, nor was I asked to sign anything, I'll consider that as a trespass. And I have no intentions of going back to call their bluff LOL.

Not sure the trespass was necessarily legal, though, not allowed to play any game might be construed as such, though not legally so.

One of my local backoffs was not allowed any casino game, though allowed on propert for dining and entertainment.

Don't see flat bet, either at minimum bet or your first bet is you're bet for the entire shoe.backoff in a sense.

Flat bet is a special case of restricted spread, I suppose, but it might be interesting to see how many have experienced this particular restriction.

Never in my home locale. At least 3 times in Vegas. Don't think anywhere else. Vegas is much quicker to act. Think they do it even when they're not sure.

Since bigplayer revived this older post, I'll point out the irony of my original post on this thread. I was back-roomed about a month after I made the original post. AND NO... not by the place that 86'd/trespassed me. Different state and different company. Scary experience. Hope to never go through anything like that again.

And that place made me sign a trespass form and made it official. I suppose I could have refused to do so, but the casino was located in a bad neighborhood and the cop was threatening to take me to jail if I didn't sign. Given the amount of money I had on me, I was not really in the mood to go to jail that night.

Might be the snob in me
If a store is in a shitty area with derelicts, drug users and drunks galore milling about - with a poorly kept exterior, without visible security or knowledge to he contrary - I wouldn't get out of my car.

It wasn't an easy decision for me, lol. It took a lot for me to make the decision to go inside. I had just finished playing another store close by and I was passing this dump on the way home. I had $2K in chips from said dump (from 7 month prior). I carry any chips from my inventory if I know I'll be close to that store. As I sat in the parking lot, I told myself I needed to do something with these chips. Either use them to play or cash them out. After sitting in the car for 10 min, I finally talked myself into going in. I looked around and the conditions didn't look good so I decided not to play. As I was getting ready to leave, that's when I got approached by security.

I am much more selective about the casinos I play in nowadays though.

Yeah, I'm not sure what legal recourse they would have against me if I came back for a third visit. On my first visit, I was backed off, escorted off the property, and was told I was permanently banned from the premises. On my second visit, I was escorted out again and told I could be arrested next time for trespassing. Maybe they're full of shit and they're just trying to scare me, but I'm not sure I want to find out. They have a great DD game, but it isn't worth the possible arrest and aggravation. There's plenty of other good games out there.
