Thousands of people are running it under Win10. I need more info. What exactly do you mean you can't install it?

When you upgrade to Win 10, you will experience CD/DVD driver problem.
I can't play DVD movies after upgrade to Win 10.

OT: See if there is a driver update. One of my clients had the same problem and that seemed to fix it.

It is funny that Microsoft is ending extended support for Windows 10 October 15, 2025 which just got release July 2015. With mainstream support ending on October 13, 2020. The Windows operating system is a piece of crap. Who wants to keep upgrading from one version of Windows to the next every 5 years? Wonder what operating system is after Windows 10 since Microsoft declared that Windows 10 is the last version of Windows.
