Rules for Player vs Player

I was trying to figure out the rules for a Player vs Player Blackjack game.

Played one variation with my friend which was quite fun as it added a poker feeling to the game. Do any of you guys know of a good set or rules for this game?

Googled around and didn't find much from that search.

The non-casino form of BJ without a House to play against was/is traditionally known as "Caddy Blackjack."

There are some older BJ books which discuss this game of rotating dealers. It is great fun of course.
