I don't know what you mean by best/worse case. Which edition of Modern Blackjack?

Turn on Force shuffle on exit.

    My first idea, of course.
But you have to wait for -3 count. You don't " ... assume that, upon exiting, you immediately start playing at another table" as in best (or utopic :-) case.
Win rate is not $51 as in next page (around $14)

Best case assumed you immediately started playing. That is, you counted another table and could switch immediately. Of course the absolute best case is absurd. That's why actual results are between the best and worse. No sim was run to get the best case. Since in the worst case, 20% of seen hands were played, for the best case, the win rate was multiplied by five.

If you are only wonging out of bad shoes, but not backcounting, there's no point in leaving if there is about to be a shuffle.

If you are near the end and count drop under -14 you have big disavantage. No ?
Or with "near the end" do you mean "one or two lasts rounds" ? Is so, I understand, with smaller bet, there is no point but it's not bad.

Depends on circumstances. With one round left, I might stay with a low count.

Not worth looking like a counter to wong out 1 hand for no other reason than the count is bad. If you have been getting crushed then there is another reason for them to contemplate. You are having a nightmare run and want to cut your losses on the nightmare shoe.
