    Hey Norm. I got a question about CVBJ. Is it possible to put in background casino

    sounds in the next edition of CVBJ? I think would be great to have something like that.

    I was never big on the idea. In my mind, it's better to supply your own sounds. The more distracting the better. Music you really enjoy is more likely to make your mind wander from the task at hand. News on TV can be more distracting. Besides, after a short while, practice will become very boring. Best to make the task more pleasant. Your personal choice of sound has to be better than a noise loop.
