CVData and InBetween side bet configuration

I have CVData and want to simulate the "In Between" side bet, but not sure how to do all of it.

Side bet synopsis from APHeat: http://apheat.net/2013/06/05/card-co...jack-side-bet/

Setting up the triple match is OK, but I am having trouble determining how to configure the additional spread payouts.

    Thanks!

    Hi bjm

I am like you. I can get the trips bet and the in between bet but I haven't found a way to do the spread. I'm not sure you can sim it with CVData. Maybe Dog Hand will have some input.

That's one weird side-bet. I don't see how CVData could do it.
