    Hand frequency ??

I was just browsing through the hand frequencies chart in BJA3 for something to do on a plane.

One part makes no sense to me, maybe someone can explain.

Why are hands like 6,6 7,7 etc seen more frequently vs 2,3,4,5,8,9 etc than they are against an ace?

    IE: per 100,000 hands you'll see 6,6 vs 2,3,4,5,7,8,9----43 times. 7,7 vs 2,3,4,5,6,8,9----43 times.

Both hands VS an ACE you'll see 29 times??

When the dealer has an ace up, roughly 4/13 of the time, they have a ten in the hole so you don't get the opportunity to play out the hand. It sounds like the frequencies listed are conditional on the dealer not having a blackjack.

I guess by seeing the hand it means playing the hand, not only seeing it.

    Makes sense. Thanks.
