What exactly does CVCX do and is it for me?

I have used cvbj for some time now and have seen people talking about Cvcx for running sims and what not. Im a little confused as to what it exactly it does and what someone like myself who is not the most mathematically inclined guy could use this for? Im heading into my AP career w/ full steam and what i lack in math ability i feel like i can make up in ambition, determination, and always been a fast learner. With that said i would like to learn how to use this properly as i feel it could only help me in understanding the game better.

You can use it to tune or "optimise" your betting spreads to get into the long run quicker while minimising your risk.
