    I got a mailer a month or so ago, I don't remember the specifics, but something like, "For every 100 points earned, you get an entry into our monthly grand-prize drawing, for your chance to win up to $50 in FREE Slot Play!"

    First I laughed. Then I got a little irritated. I actually considered calling the casino and letting them know how embarrassing such a promotion / drawing is.

    Yeah, I don't even invest the time to stop at a kiosk and activate my entries when I am already there for some of the crappy promotions.

    How about being RFB at a joint that only has a snack bar and soft drinks? LOL There are SOME of those type of places here.

    I got a joint that gives me more food comps every month than I could possibly use. It doesn't matter if I haven't been there for months. The ridiculous food comp is there even if other mailers are affected by a lack of recent play. The trouble is that the food is so bad at almost every one of their eateries I usually pass and go somewhere else even when I am very hungry and already there. I am a gourmet chef and hate to get served crappy food that there is no excuse for cooking it so badly. I really hate to eat out because I think how much better I would have done if I started with the same ingredients. It is a delight to find a top end restaurant that has me thinking that is really good I wonder how many tweaks to a recipe will match that or this is a great meal that I would have trouble recreating without a lot of attempts. A few restaurants at casino locations fit that bill but it is a rarity.
