Situation From Your Experience & 6:5 BJ For Sidegame EV

Appreciate any opinions on my current situation and thoughts/actions as well.

    The Situation:
Been playing more blatantly (if the floor comes over and watch, i'll still go back to my min bet right in front of them if the count drops - from 2 x $300-400 to 2 x $20). Anyways on this particular session I was running well and apparently the floor gathered (4-5 of them in a circle and was obviously talking about me); I heard if I went over a particular number, then "something something notify". I quickly colored up and left within the 3rd deck of the shoe.

    Questions:

    1) Should I have left mid-shoe right after they were talking about me or should I have stayed and finished the shoe, play longer without the intention of really gaining EV (but to act casual)

    2) I rat holed 10 blacks & greens in 1.5 hours. Was that too much? Was it too obvious? A couple purples go out every session (but none at this table), mostly only red/green currently. I mean this is hard for you guys to tell, but from your experience, is rat holing 10 blacks just too much in such a time span in general? What should I be aiming for?

    3) At a typical average casino (outside tables are $10-15 to $500) and I've 2 x $500 several occasions at high count with a nod from the pit boss, what do you estimate one could make before the casino really starts reviewing your past plays and the ban is on its way? $20K? $40K? $50K? Should I play and massive rat hole into a loss? [Playing UNRATED is hard because 75% of the shifts knows my face already and driving 1 hour 1 way at 5am isn't the most pleasing for a current part time counter].

    -------------- 6:5 BJ Sidegame ----------------
So I have a partner who has a dedicated count to a side game that is much more efficient at the DD than shoe, however the DD at my store is 6:5. Anyways on to my question, at a 6:5 BJ game, if I get BJ and the dealer has a 4,5,6 and the count is relatively high (TC 4-6), should I double down or just take the 6:5? If this is the case, then I assume the same for all my softs.

    Thanks guys.

They track black chips. They know you have them. They must record in the computer where each black chip or higher goes or they are suspected of theft and a table review is likely to be triggered. That means surveillance watching the tape very closely to spot employee theft. Most likely they recorded you as having them. If they didn't after you leave they will figure out how many are missing and assign all of them to you. The dealer is responsible for being able to tell the floor where all high denomination chips went upon request. Trying to sneak black into your pocket is a bad idea. Openly putting all black into your pocket as you get them and playing green all the time looks natural.

So you never pocket blacks? Oh shit. I've been pocketing blacks for like 400 hours now. I really feel disgusted if I've been labeled the rat holer at the table. Obv I do it in relation to table action and time spent at the table ofc; hate to think it's all be for naught, even worse, worsening my comps and image from the casino view.

In terms of your table min, how many of those units do you think you're pocketing per hour? Also still very curious as to what your thoughts are on doubling BJ on a 6:5 game at TC-4+ and what an average casino win tolerance is $20,30,50K profits?

It is negative ev to double BJ @6/5 games. There is no average casino win tolerance.

    Leaving was the correct move.
Luck is nothing more than probability taken personally!

I cannot imagine there is a 6:5 DD game anywhere that is worth playing. Even 6:5 SD is just a horrible game.
