    Yes, exactly, it should not be legally allowed to use that name. "Blackjack" is dealt from a deck, and goes through that deck, according to every book of Hoyle for centuries.

    I call it the spinning wheel of a slot machine. It's about as random as that.

    Yes. Probably the only strategy to beat the CSM is to make the casino industry believe the CSMs are beatable... :-)
