About a month ago, I walked through Mirage and left without playing a hand. In the pit by the theatre, where there used to be some good games, the only tables open were garbage 6:5 games AND that single DD game. Knowing how sweaty Mirage is, I presumed that game is a counter trap (similar to the one and only DD game at MGM) and would not play it.

There are some other DD games at M&M in a different location

Don't know how MGM got turned into M&M in your quoting me. If you're referring to MGM, I've never seen another DD game there other than the one in the S17 pit near the HL slot room.

If you are winning and just play Basic Strategy they may 86' you !

They may accept your "flat betting" . . .

I plan my next trip to hit an run the stores around but keep TI easy for comps.

I have done the same. Folks here do not like anyone playing rated but doing so removes heat significant!y and they don't back you off as easily, opting to wait till you hit some other life time shit. If you visit LV only 1-2 a year, playing rated means you get comped rooms and meals.

I play rated only every now and then these days. Funny thing is that I get comped rooms 2 sister casinos away, one simply flat bets me the other lets me play.I

Before folks get up in arms, these days I give some low level play at the hotel I am comped in and mostly don't play rated elsewhere.

Last time I heard, TI is still backing people off with top bets less than $100. They’re one of the worst on the strip. Tread lightly. I know for a fact they use some sort of database. I remember being backed off by name back in 2015 and I had never played rated there or anywhere else in Vegas at that time.

I spread $10 to $100 there in March of 2018 with no problem. It was during opening weekend of the NCAA tourney so it was packed and I think it was pretty easy to slide under the radar. But I played rated there and a decent number of hours. I didn't go over $100 so I think that was probably the key. Two pretty good days and one losing day.

I did see one guy at my table color up for $9k. Maybe they were watching him but I think he was just a crazy bettor who got lucky, as he didn't appear to be a counter. Maybe I got some slack as my wife was throwing away $$ on slots while I was at the tables.
