    Basically, you are computing the expected values for stand, hit, double, and split for *all* possible player hands, from 6T to 23AA92, from 23 to AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

    This will allow us to know the mathematical correct way of playing any and all possible hands as well as being faster than a simulator brute forcing an inaccurate strategy table.
