    Advantage in this Blackjack variant

I encountered this simplified version of a single-deck blackjack game:

Dealer stands on soft 17, you cannot split pairs, double-down bets, take any insurance, or surrender.

Additionally, a BJ from the player beats a BJ from the dealer, and still pays out 3/2.

I'm having trouble figuring out the advantage that the house has in this game. Any help would be appreciated.

So I figured out that a player BJ beating a dealer BJ changes the advantage by about .3% in favor of the player. But I expect the rules against splits and double-down bets have larger effects that benefit the house.

For 1D games, no doubling -1.75%, no pair splits -.46%. Basic strategy says not to take insurance, so 0%, surrender generally not offered in 1D games, so 0%.
