I believe that is where I bought mine. I don't know whether he is selectively not returning emails, or just not responding period.

very difficult book to get at this time, since he has not really sold it from his website (at least to me)

Great info and thanks for posting it. I'd run across this in my internet search but didn't know how to post it to the forum. The shortcoming in the data compiled is that it presupposes that the loss rebate is available at ANY loss level and doesn't require a minimum loss. As a practical matter every loss rebate program I've heard of requires a minimum loss to participate therefore many of the quit points would not apply.
