Lucky Lucky Side bet

I've been able to run sim's of other side bets but no luck with the lucky lucky. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I've noticed the sim's on CVDATA do not match the sidebet sim's on AP Heat. His numbers seem to always be just about 10% to 15% in hourly rate.

I prefer using an unbalanced version, make 4's +1. Advantage zone is near pivot and it is easier for me to keep the blackjack count and LL count when one requires no effort.

I've noticed that some places only pay 10:1 instead of 15:1 on a suited 21; 10:1 pay on suited 21 increases the house edge by 2.65% over the standard game.
