    Presque Isle Casino

I have received mixed signals about this Pa. casino and will be near there soon. Is it worth my time going there? I will be in Buffalo at a wedding for a weekend and there is only the new Buffalo Creek Seneca Casino and Seneca Niagara to visit. I know the Seneca casinos have mostly CSM games. Any info on Presque Isle greatly appreciated.
    Thank you.

I will be in that area this month and was planning on checking it out. I did see the casino for fined last year for issues at a couple blackjack tables:

Poor pen at the 8 deck games, $50 min for DD, but does have a low HE.

I've tried calling them a few times and only gotten voice mail. Are the shoe games only 8 deck? What are the minimums for non DD games?

Not sure where the game conditions are coming from, but there are no DD games (as of last week). They have 8-deck with decent rules including LS, and the cut is dealer dependent, about 1.8 - 2 decks. They do have 6-deck starting at $25 min weekdays and $50 weekends, same rules as 8-deck, pen is about 1.5 decks. Turning Stone in NY is the closest game with DD.

$25 minimum during the week and $50 on weekend? That's crazy on their part. Erie, PA is not a hotbed of commerce and economic activity. Have to believe they would generate much bigger handle dropping the minimums to either $10 or $15.

8-deck shoes are mostly $10 min, and one or two tables are $5 min . 6-deck is always $25 min. They get a lot of Cleveland folks too.

Does anyone have an update on the playing conditions at Presque Isle?

I will be in the area next week and wondering how the blackjack table conditions and how sweaty it is for a first timer.
I don't want to drive an hour or so just to find out the table stakes are too high for a decent game or to be asked to leave in a short period of time?
Ideally a $15 or $25 min 6 deck shoe with standard PA rules would be great.
