What can be done in this situation we are waiting for resolution but security is not being really helpful here at the Indian reservation.

It was lost about 2 hours ago while sitting down for a comped meal. We were one of the only ones at the bar. Also note there is a camera right above us which we asked to review but, we were told by the lackadaisical 21yr security guard that we would receive a call once surveillance had a chance to review the tape "bro".

Update.... I was told it was not found and that I cannot look at the footage. But, funny enough i scored $1600 while I waited!!! I am asking to speak to a gaming officer at the front desk. I feel like I'm broadcasting live here!

I was just told their is no gaming officer that I would have to go to their head quarters in the morning. Also, the security failed to give a proper report. They reported that we only lost $100. It took them 2 minutes flat to "review" the footage again of our 1 hour lunch.

You will not be seeing casino surveillance footage without a subpoena.
Be as specific as possible when describing what happened to your money. Someone will be more motivated to search if you let them know I lost this amount at this time at this location rather than, I've been here 4 hours I think I lost some money somewhere.
Also following up with the gaming officer is a good idea.
I'm going to follow up tomorrow with the gaming officer and request for someone else to review the footage. My partner suspects colluding between the bartender and security they seemed equally as ghetto and unhelpful. Thanks again I'll post an update for whom ever else mite help in the future.

They are under no obligation to help you. If they do, consider it a pleasant surprise. It is likely you will not see that money again. You have no practical recourse.
