Depends on what you mean by "good". But by my estimation, the strip games that are good are the m-gee-m properties S17 games. However, you need to be well funded as the lowest minimum is $25 on slow morning hours and $100+ thereafter.

to be more specific I want to play dd games
that have at least 65% to 70% penetration,
double on 9, 10, 11 or more, das, split aces
once, otherwise split to 4 hands, no s,
no double on split aces, nmse,
spreading without backoff of 4 to 1,
    2 hands allowed, OR better.
I believe that this type of game is
    sufficiently playable with sufficient
ev. max bets at $100 to $150 per
    hand.

Close to strip but to the west of strip you can find those games at Orleans (dealer dependent), the Palms for $25, or Palace station. Circus Circus may or may not have that pen, according to CBJN they do, but the times I have visited the pen. has not met reports. Silver Sevens has a DD game within walking distance of there for $10, most dealers will not meet your minimum pen. qualifications, but you may find one.
Some H17 double deck south of Tropicana/LVB. intersection may meet your qualifications at $25 minimums, you will have to check the pen for yourself, it may meet the low edge of your standards. Most other decent double deck games on the strip will probably be at $50-$100 minimums at the mid to higher end MGM properties during most hours.

    Have fun.

Cromwell is owned by Harrahs and to my knowledge Harrahs is famous for taking advantage of their customers so be careful. Keep that in mind. I don't see any games in CBJN for Cromwell that is worth playing. Since you live there I suggest you scout their tables first. If you see a good money making opportunity go for it. If you don't see any opportunities than go to another casino.

I hate Harrah's. Once I played their DD game and fount out I can't double after split. What kind of casino did that? I have never played at any of their properties again.

Harrah's properties are so bad but I played them anyway this weekend lol

No double after split. Pen is dealer dependent.

bally's - terrible. Most dealers will cut in half, sometimes less.
paris - terrible. Fixed cut card just over 50%
harrah's - pitch game. Don't play with others. Pen is 1.25 to 1.5 depending on the dealer.
flamingo - pitch game. Decent pen.
    Planet hollywood - Decent pen
    rio - dealer dependent

decent for me is 60% pen, $25 min.
tropicana is good. One dealer gave me 1.6 pen. Killed it.
mgm properties are good but can't play with them. Newbie mistake of getting rated.
treasure island - played once in high limit, sweaty aholes.

Palazzo - $50 min pitch game.

i was up 160 units in first 3 hrs. Harrah's props raped me for 10hrs which brought down my profits to 56. Stupid me lol
