cvdata: rule allows switching from 2 hands to 1, but not vice-versa

How can I simulate a game with this rule: player may not add hands mid-shoe. I'd like to look at starting with 2 hands and dropping to 1 in negative counts. How can I tell CVData that after I've dropped to 1 hand I can't re-add the second hand later in the same shoe?

This is a hypothetical approach to doubledeck. Off-the-top or at true 0, 2x$100, then:

    1 - 2x200
    2 - 2x300
    3 - 2x600
    4 - 2x900

I'd like to sim dropping to 1x100 at various negative counts. In doing so I would forfeit the right to go back to 2 in the event the count recovers.

Edit: So, after having dropped to 1 hand, there would be a different betting schedule for subsequent positive counts, something like:

    1 - 1x300
    2 - 1x450
    3 - 1x900

    Thank you for responding, Norm.

    Hey Norm!

One question: if he had chosen the following 1-hand bet ramp

    1 - 1x400
    2 - 1x600
    3 - 1x1200

we would have a problem, right?

Equivalent 1 hand risk ramp (just in case that is what you were attempting):
    1 - 1x265
    2 - 1x400
    3 - 1x800
