Theoretical distribution of True Counts.

Hey guys!

Assuming one single player playing one spot, is the theoretical distribution of True Counts solely dependent on tag values or does playing strategy affect the results?
For instance, if I use High-Low and always stand no matter what or if I mimic the dealer, will the count distribution change?
I know I can just look at the corresponding sims in CVData, but first I would like to "hear" some theoretical considerations.

Tags and TC calculation methods affect TC distribution. Playing strategy effect on TC distribution is so tiny it wouldn't be noticed except for some highly unusual situations.
