    MGP vs CVData

    The BJ rules :-

    a) 6 deck, S17, BJ(3 to 2), ENHC(Busted Bets + 1 rule), DAS, DOA, ES10, Non- Ace split to maximum 4 hands(SPL3) , Ace split to maximum 2 hands(SPL1 & only 1 card to split ACE).

MGP's Blackjack Analyzer gives House Edge = -0.168% and the BS :-

However, House edge generated by CVData is -0.321%, for the same rules and srtategy. I am still new to CVData and most probably made mistake when input the rules and srtategy into CVData.

Anyone here can use CVData to verify the HE ?

I think there is a CVData exert around here somewhere. LOL

A negative HE is a player advantage. Are you sure you have your sign right for that stat?

It is most likely due to using an incorrect basic strategy. Go to File-Backup, and send it to Norm he will better assit you

With the configuration open, from the menu select Tools then Export and create a export file. Send to [email protected]. Probably a strategy err. For example, did you set 16vten to stand? Do you have the tables in the no hole card column set?

In the Playing Strategy screen, set Full Indices on. Otherwise, it will substitute normal basic strategy for non-selected indices.

Also, do you realize you have the cut card after the first card. Runs very slowly if you shuffle after every hand and removes the cut card effect.

200 million hands is not enough to see the difference between BB+1 and OBO.

The EV = -0.169%,similar to the results computed by MGP's Analyzer. Then I change the shuffle point/cards = 260 and use the standard betting strategy 1- 15 spread. The new IBA = -0.198% ?? That mean this game is not beatable with 83.33% penetration(5/6deck) with 1-15 spread ?

260 is one deck dealt, not five.

Changed to shuffle point/cards = 52, IBA = -0.197%, spread 1-15. Why ? Already sent the file to [email protected]. Please check.
