    Biggest single win/Biggest single loss

Interested to hear stories of everyone's biggest wins and losses.
    1) How long was the session
    2) What were the units/spread i.e. $5 ----> $50
    3) What was the end result

I've been playing for less than a year, so mine are probably quite underwhelming, but:

8 hour session finished down $500 after being up $250. $25 tables had me back counting the majority of time, only playing +EV.
Biggest win was from 5 hours of play spreading a conservative 1:7 on $5 six deckers with wonging out, finished up $700

At a time when my BR was less than $20K I took $7K as a 3 day trip BR. I found a table heads-up and got a monster count early. I bet 2x150, my max bet, the rest of the shoe and lost $3,300, almost half my trip BR, in the first 20 minutes of the trip. I had to take a short break of a few minutes and won about a third of it back before the casino got crowded. After 3 days of grinding I was happy to be down only a little over $100. My spread was 21x10 to 2 by 150.

I also had the same thing happen were the first shoe I played went monster count early and won almost the identical amount in 20 minutes when I was winning those bets. I don't remember for sure but often when you get to split to 4 hands and get some doubles at max bet on one spot as well as more than one max bet on the other when they all go the same way the difference from winning and losing can make or break your session. We are talking a 2K swing at my betting level. I don't try to win more than a few thousand but you don't walk away from a monster count so sometimes you do. My biggest winning session was about $4K and my biggest losing session was about $8K. Sometimes the dealer hits out on every hand at max bet or you spend the whole shoe playing against faces and aces. The worst is a 4,5 or 6 upcard with lots of doubles and splits while the dealer just keeps hitting to 21. This can eat your BR fast especially if you're playing a heads-up shoe game. Fortunately there are times when you just can't seem to lose in those monster count heads-up situations. This is the nature of the game and if you don't have the BR or the stomach for the swings you shouldn't be playing.

Biggest win per time period - I played one hand, won 4K, and then left. Part of it was a loss rebate offer for a new player card signup. After the splits and doubles, it became more than the loss rebate offer, if I lost

Biggest loss - probably 9K over a few hours. Worst part was my teammate had a similar loss.

Wow that's pretty impressive Bigplayer. Maybe one day I will be able to play and win at those levels. Knowing how I have revamped my game compared to what it was I'm wishing that I can quickly rise through the ranks in my area to be one of the better players to give the casinos a thumping.

Not sure of the exact results but these are my guesses on memory and sure they're close.

One 8 hr session. -18k. Betting up to 800.
One 2-3 hr session. +27k betting up to 2x800.

One shoe win around 8-9k don't remember exactly betting up to 2x275 (table max was 300 and wanted to stay under).

One shoe loss around - 25 max bets (total on 2 hands). I think I got It in really early since the count was good fast and won maybe 3 hands or something.

I lost 11k on a full info game in 7 hands betting 2x500 on 5 hands and then 2x1000 on two before they pulled the dealer. There were 3 backdoor BJs (two in a row) and 2 drawn 21s. The dealer was a slow old lady and I think they thought they did us a favor by pulling her. One of the 21s was especially sick since I pulled a 5 by hitting a 12 for cover and the dealer still nailed one on her 16.

Where do you get away with a spread like that?
    1:27 at black chip levels?

Bet spread basically doesn't even matter if you spread enough to play a winning game I doubt there is a store in the country that bars people for a 27-1 spread but not a 10-1 spread. So you might as well take as much as you can while they let you.
