    Naked Gun 2 1/2:

    Frank: What can you tell me about this guy?

    Jane: He's Caucasian, with a mustache, about six foot three.

    Frank: Awfully big mustache.

    when I was a little kid my Dad used to read me "The Raven" by Edgar Allan Poe on Saturdays when he was off work
    since then I've re-read it dozens of times
    to me, it's an amazing thing - I don't think there is anything else like it in all of literature - not to my knowledge anyway
    the first and last stanzas are here and a link for anyone who wants to read the whole poem

    Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered weak and weary,
    Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore -
    While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
    As of someone gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.
    "'Tis some visitor," I muttered, "tapping at my chamber door -
    Only this and nothing more."

    And the Raven, never flitting, still is sitting, still is sitting
    On the pallid bust of Pallas just above my chamber door;
    And his eyes have all the seeming, of a demon's that is dreaming,
    And the lamp-light o'er him streaming throws his shadow on the floor;
    And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor
    Shall be lifted - Nevermore!

    To survive the frontier, you must learn to recognize those who won't
    and be wary of their doomed decisions
    they are to be avoided at all costs, because their fear
    is tragedy's closest cousin
    and tragedy is contagious in this place

    (from TV show 1883)
