Wynn dealers were making $80k plus a year. Is that still the case and is anyone keeping up with the latest developments there?

    We just need a break
I'm a casino dealer I've personally been dealing for 13 years different casinos different states we take a break every hour or every 40 minutes depending on the casino because the casino likes to keep our mind fresh they rather have a fresh dealer on the table then pay for an unnecessary expensive mistake because we are human and we make mistakes all the time..... constantly doing math in your head for hours and hours at a time can be very tiring and can make your brain crazy believe it or not. Ive even had times where my brain completely goes blank and cant even add 2 +2 . Dealers going on break really has absolutely nothing to do with the player or the game.

Many casinos use super fast dealers rotate among tables. They have only 20 minute short session. Many experienced ploppies call these dealer "closers" like closer pitcher in MLB. Their mission is to turn good table (in ploppy's eyes) bad. Many experienced ploppies just take 20 minute break or leave the table. Most closers are unpopular because they force players to make quick decision.
