Unable to pay with Visa Gift Card

Trying to pay with a Visa Gift card for the yearly $36 fee. Am I even able to pay with a gift card? Here is the error I get on Paypal.

"The billing information and card verification number entered does not match your credit/debit card. Please verify that you have entered the correct billing address and card verification number for your card."

Make sure the address on the card is the same as the address you are entering. Call the bank that issued the card (number should be on the card). You can also call PayPal and they can look up the transaction by the card number (1-888-215-5506), but they'll probably tell you to call the bank. You should also see a five digit code that you can look up here: https://developer.paypal.com/webapps...pi/errorcodes/

This is the same interface that I've been using for a dozen years without problems.

I went ahead and paid with my AMEX as I dont know the address on the gift card. Thanks for the response.
