I am going to a casino that has this somewhat ususual rule: No RSA, but you can double. I have heard of it, but it seems pretty uncommon. I am not 100% what this means...if you can double before or after they give you the card. I am assuming it is after. So this could lead to a soft 12 situation. I do not know whether or not this is a basic strategy double against a 6 or not, in a H17 game. Further, I would appreciate the indices for the 5 and 6. I would appreciate it if someone could share this info. Also, if anyone is familiar with this rule and it turns out you must double BEFORE the card, I am wondering if you would not double against the Ace as BS (I doubt that would be the rule, makes no sense to quadruple your initial bet off the bat).
