    The "anyone without a hardbound copy of Exhibit CAA, please leave the room" phrase reminded me of a few chatroom conversations.

    Also, when Hilter was talking about the high limit pit at Casino Royale, I presume he means Casino Royale Monte Carlo, not Casino Royale Las Vegas Blvd.
