Sadly... nope.
Norm's done the work on this: even in hole-carding situations you STILL don't win the majority (i.e. more than 50%) of hands played.

BUT the main POINT is still in the conclusion written there: "What we see is that the hole-carder wins more hands, but still does not hit 50%, even at a Hi-Lo count of +10. An enormous advantage can be realized without winning half of the hands."
This is something I think all new card-counters always have trouble fully absorbing, until after they've actually played a lot.
We just LOSE a LOT.
We just lose and lose and lose SO many f*ckin' hands, even in "good situations" with "so nice" HIGH PLUS COUNTS?
Lose and lose and lose.
But we will still WIN MONEY overall, in the end

P.S. I think understanding this concept also goes a very long way to helping people understand many other things about the game, such as why 6:5 blackjack is SO BAD, i.e. we really NEED that "little" extra bonus on blackjacks to make everything else work!!!
