How to use SC Strategy in CVData?

I'm trying to sim Zen with a side count of 7.

I tried using the help and couldn't find much on it. I loaded up the SC Strategy window and then under counts I checked 7. I then went to tables and I have no idea what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

I'm trying to sim a DD game with a side count of 7. I'm trying to assign a -6 value for every excess 7 that is still left in a deck.

What do you intend to do with the side count?

I want to make more accurate index plays and then sim to see if it is worth the extra effort.

You need to explain exactly how you intend to use the side count. Why would you side count sevens? Why would you assign a value of -6. Doesn't make sense.

There is a post where I explained when side counting 7's, the adjustment for 14vT is -6, as an example. Other matchups have different adjustments...they aren't all -6.

I believe OP is trying to sim Zen with 7 SC and adjusting the RC with excess/deficit 7's to increase PE.

Well, in that case, you would count excess sevens as 1 and adjust the index by -6 times the SC. The gain will be tiny.

Sorry I'm still lost. So on this chart would I put -6 for 14vs10?

I know I need to find the values for all the possible option, which I will eventually do.

    That's how it works.
