chgobjpro: 3 card poker question
I was playing bj at my local place and while wonging around I stopped at a 3 card poker table. I noticed this particular dealer was flashing the bottom card of her 3. Is there a winning strategy book or site I can go to for more information? Also, is it considered cheating if I know one the dealers cards?

Yes, The book Beyond Counting.

Here's the strategy if you can see one of the dealer's cards in Three Card Poker:
See a Q: play Q-9-2 or higher
See a K: play K-9-2 or higher
See an A: play A-9-2 or higher
See any other card: never fold

No. The dealer is responsible for protecting his hand, just as you would be responsible for protecting your hand in, say, Texas Hold 'em.

David Spence: More Three Card Poker answers
I neglected to mention a few facts:
If you only get a glimpse of the dealer's bottom card and know simply that it's a face card of some denomination, the strategy is to play Q-J-5 or higher.
If you know one of the dealer's cards, your advantage is 3.48%. If you only know that one of the dealer's cards is a face card, but you don't know which face card, your advantage is 2.41%.

chgobjpro: Many Thanks
Your answers were what I needed. I suppose I could have bought JG book on ebay for over $500.00, but I only needed 3CP info and the book I've heard has much more.

You're welcome. There are actually a few sources with detailed Three Card Poker information:
[*]Mastering the Game of Three Card Poker by Stanley Ko[*]Gambling 102 by Michael Shackleford[*]The Quamut Guide to Three Card Poker
The last one is available free on the internet (see link below) and is where I got the answers.

From my previous answer:
See any other card: never fold
So if the card you see is not a face card or an ace, play all hands.
