Robert V. Lux: What's the ROR?

Quite some time ago, I finally reached legal age to enter most European casinos. I have been playing some in my neighbour country, Denmark. Though, as the table minimum is somewhat higher than I am used to, I have only got 42 units. To keep the ROR as low as possible, I "BP" with one unit at a time when the TC =/>+4, which generates an approximate 1,5%
    The rules are as follow:

D9, Unlimited re-splits, BJ pays 3-2, one card to split aces, S17, insurance, DAS, all soft doubles count as 9-11. The penetration varies between ~70-85% depending on the dealer. I calculated the odds at Trackjack. The edge is -0,601.

My question is: what is the ROR with 42 units, when BP:ing with one unit when the TC equals or exceeds +4.

The best thing of all is that Denmark is not considered a huge casino industry. There are usually not many players. The supervisors and the dealers do not seem to care when someone backcounts and wongs at the end of the games.

How great should the BP-advantage be i norder to face an:

    a) 1% ROR
    b) 5% ROR

Thanks in advance for any input.

    Regards, Robert V. Lux

Looks to be around 23-24% (for 75% pen).

Can't be achieved with 42 units of bank. A better question would be: How many units do I need to have those RORs, the answer to which is 132 and 85, respectively.
