    occurs if you subdivide the bankroll too severely. Your lifetime is one session if you have access to your full bankroll. But, if the count skyrockets, you lose a bunch of bad hands on the way up and tap out while the count is still high, you have damaged your overall EV. You have hit an artificial ceiling. By not putting your entire bankroll ?at risk,? you are playing with a lower EV than you might think. If people intend to play in that manner; we need to calculate in that manner. Doesn?t make a big difference unless the subdivision is too severe. It just bothers me that you make a calculation, take numbers from that calculation and use them in a second calculation that invalidates the first calculation.

    In any case, I just added a single-barrier trip risk calculator to CVCX and announced it above this thread. How?s that for service
