It's hard to believe, but, about once a year or so, I manage to stumble across another typo or two in BJA3. Here are the latest, which were correct in the second edition:

Page 54, first two lines: "you lose .041/50 = 8.2%" should read ".041/.50 = 8.2%," and "you lose .004/50 = 0.8%" should read ".004/.50 = 0.8%."
