    To my knowledge, it isn't for sale. Hi-Opt II is Lance Humble's level-2, ace-neutral system. In many ways, it is the Rolls-Royce of all counting systems. But Lance doesn't sell it anymore.

    If you buy software, such as CV Data, you can generate index numbers and also look perform simulations for Hi-Opt II, or find them in CVCX.

    I think Gamblers Book Club in Las Vegas sells it. Is Dr. Humble retired from the blackjack scene?
