One_More_Shoe: SBA CALCULATOR

I am having trouble producing Optimal Bets with
SBA CALCULATOR. Sometimes I can get them while other times I can get close, but the program does not produce Optimum Bets.

I "believe" I am doing everything correctly according to the provided documentation.

Any hints?

You are right, sometimes there is a rounding problem of some sort and SBA Calculator does not say 'Optimized'. You can try to change the edge of the borderline count, say TC 1, slightly. In any case, you probably do recognize when you are close.
