more money out on the table, is there an advantage in playing 2 hands.

I only play one hand (as per BJA) when playing one on one. But, I go to 2 hands when playing with others at good counts.

I do this only to increase my bet.

What my queston is, is this.

Is there a Mathimatical advantage to going to 2?

No. You do it to get more money on the table, when not playing alone, as discussed in BJA2.
