    xxi: Surrender BS and indices

    Thanks to the Masters for answering my previous index query. Can someone also confirm my understanding of the following for the surrender option and "Fab 4" departures?

    16 vs. 9, 10, A: Always surrender (i.e., basic strategy) if using only Fab 4.
    14 vs. 10 and 15 vs. 9, 10, A: Surrender if TC equal to or above Fab 4 indices, hit if below.

    That seems pretty simple, but I want to make sure I've got it right.
