    chgobjpro: SBA Index Generation

    double 9 vs 7= +2, and 9 vs 8= +5.
    double 10 vs 10= +5, and 10 vs A= +3.
    double A6 vs 2= +5, and A7 vs 2= +2

    Is it possible these are the correct indexes but because I'm counting the 9 as a minus instead of the Ace they are different?
    Other ideas would be appreciated. I've considered using +10 and -10 counts for the generation to get one decimal place indexes but haven't done it yet.
