    Bettie: New type of promotion

    This is one I've never heard of before - at least, not in Vegas. El Cortez EBT and ATM users who make a withdrawal of $200 or more will receive 5% of their withdrawal in free play, up to $50 per month. Seems like a more direct way to give you back a percentage of your losses, haha! if anyone is interested, there are details on their facebook page, or just ask at the players club.

    There is at least a $3.50 atm fee per transaction (I believe it's actually more) of up to $200 so it turns out to be breakeven. Basically a fee-free ATM.
