What do you have? Harrah's has one nation-wide card, so that should work, and Mandalay's One Club card works at all of their properties, but they have very few outside of Vegas. I think Boyd properties still use casino-specific player cards, though.

I had a slot card from the Imperial Palace in Biloxi, and it was not honored in the IP in Vegas. I had to get another one. No big deal, just FYI.
