Jay: This Is Gonna Sound Stupid

I have been going to Vegas, especially downtown, for years. My next trip I am staying at the LVC for the first time. I know Parker has stayed there before.

Here's my dilemma - I have no idea where the hotel check-in is there.

I can visualize the entire casino - from Fremont Street past the table pit with the bar to the right, past the cashier cage, restrooms & restaurants, the players club booth to the left, finally the sports book, and out the doors towards the California. I have even been upstairs to the group booking office area & coffee shop.

But I have no idea where to check in. Can anyone help?

It's not so stupid. If you've never stayed there before, why should you know where the lobby is?

It's in the northeast corner of the hotel, facing the Horseshoe, on the corner of 1st and Ogden.

If you're in the sports book area, you walk away from the betting area, past the north tower elevators, past the bar, between the keno parlor on your left and the parking garage elevators on your right, and you're in the rather small lobby.

As a last resort, if all else fails, ask somebody. :-)

Also, if you fly in and take a shuttle or cab to the hotel, they will drop you off right in front of the lobby entrance on 1st St. Just walk in the door.
