Brick Waller: Harrah's to change name.

I heard thru the grapevine Harrah's is thinking about renaming the Horseshoe casino to Harrshoe and build the biggest neon sign in the history of Las Vegas:

"SINGLE DECK NOW PAYS 6 TO 5 FOR BLACKJACK!!!!"

    ps. hee,hee,april fools.

    April Fool's day was yesterday.

And to be honest, if there is anything humorous in what these morons have done to what once was my favorite casino anywhere, I'm missing it.

Benny must be spinning in his grave.

Sorry Parker,I been out on a 48 hour BJ binge and lost track of time, hee, hee. You dont find any humor about Harrah's strategic plan to preserve the Horseshoe!?

I certainly do. What they're attempting to do is a joke. I would not be surprised if they start dealing fake single deck from CSMs. Insults can be humorous at times.

    Shaggy18vw: Harrah's Horses**t Casino

It was a sad thing to see. I walked through there this weekend. The place was packed. Just like the old days. I took a closer look and found shoe after shoe with a little double deck spread throughout. There was also a spattering of 6:5. The ploppy's flock to the place and all they get are crappy games. Sorry losers.

Harrah's should call the place "The Sixty Five Club"They can then advertise as "the home of the best 6/5 game in town. Our continuous shuffling machines utilize the latest tecknology"Do not think I will be going back anytime soon.

    Uncle Albert: Sparce grand opening.

I surely did not witness the flocking of ploppies. It was a rather spaced-out atmosphere. To my surprise I thought more would show up and hang out. If the ploppies dont care about the games then it must surely be those cold cuts that got them.....uugh). You,say it's just like the same old Horseshoe! Are you blind or something?

Yes, you're correct, a very sad day indeed.

    shaggy18vw: Crowded weekend though

Yes, I must be blind. I stated that it was crowded the weekend of the re-opening, not the day of. Were talkin' the 3rd and 4th. It was crowded the way it used to be, but the ploppies couldn't give a f*** what game they're playin'. It was a sad day.
