I moved to Las Vegas 4 years ago. I brought my car to Jim Marsh Mazda for repair. I had a $50 coupon with me at the time.

I presented it to the service man when he wrote up my car. He tossed it into the wastebasket and said it was not any good and that these coupons were sent out all the time.

When I got home I wrote Mr. Marsh a letter to tell him that his repair office would not accept the coupon. He wrote back to tell me that he was siding with his people.

I replied that I would go to the Better Business Bureau with my case. His response was to go ahead.

I went on the scheduled date and presented my case. He sent someone whose presentation was pathetic. I won the case and Jim Marsh sent me a check for $50. I of course never went there again.

Hopefully he is a better people person with regard to casino management than he is with regard to auto repair work.
